How we work professionally
Clear reservation, payment, cancellation, and rescheduling terms for every guest.
Deposit and Confirmation
40% deposit is required to confirm and block your date. Reservation becomes official after payment confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 72 hours before tour start. Cancellations made under 72 hours are non-refundable.
No-Show Policy
If the guest does not arrive at the confirmed pickup time and location, the booking is treated as no-show and charged in full.
Reschedule Rules
One free date change is available up to 72 hours before the tour, subject to availability. Additional changes may incur a fee.
Final Balance
Remaining 60% is paid on tour day before service starts. Accepted payment method is confirmed during booking.
Scope and Responsibility
Service scope is limited to items listed in written confirmation. Any extra requests are priced and approved separately.
